We are all adults living in the real world.  Disappointments happen all the time.  You have your sights and hopes pinned to an event or time spent with someone only to have them dashed away for perfectly legitimate reasons all you are left with is disappointment.

How do you gracefully accept the disappointment and dashed hopes without emotionally lashing out?  I am working on meditation at the moment and reminding myself of the larger picture.  It is amazing how something so far removed has a domino effect and cascades out.

Some days you are the bug, some days you are the windshield.   Today Sir and I are the bug.
